For the management to take ownership and actively make efforts centered on decarbonization, the Company needs to introduce an executive incentive linked to ESG elements including the achievement - 50 - status to the CO2 reduction target. The Company should contribute to a sustainable development by steadily achieving its reduction targets that align with the long-term goals of the Paris Agreement.
