Pursuant to the 13th resolution, the Board of Directors wished to consult the Shareholders' Meeting on the Company's ambition and targets regarding the fight against climate change
Supporting statement
The purpose of this advisory vote is to involve Carmila's shareholders in its ambition to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2030, as part of its new 2022-2026 strategic plan for building sustainable growth. The Board of Directors intends to consult the shareholders again should a substantial change be made to the climate transition strategy, with the understanding that progress on the implementation of this strategy will be reported to the Shareholders' Meeting on an annual basis in the Universal Registration Document. Should this resolution be rejected by the shareholders, the Company shall do everything in its power to consult shareholders on any reasons that led them not to support the proposed resolution, and shall inform shareholders of the outcome of this process and how its findings will be taken into account
