To authorise the Company and any company which is a subsidiary of the Company at the time this resolution is passed or becomes a subsidiary of the Company at any time during the period for which this resolution has effect, to:
a) make donations to political parties and independent election candidates;
b) make donations to political organisations other than political parties; and
c) incur political expenditure,
provided that with respect to each of the foregoing categories, any such donations or expenditure made by the Company, or a subsidiary of the Company, do not in the aggregate exceed £100,000. This authority shall have effect during the period beginning with the date on which this resolution is passed and ending at the conclusion of
the next annual general meeting of the Company (or, if earlier, close of business on the date falling 15 months after the date on which this resolution is passed).
