Supporting statement
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has been auditing Standard Bank Group Ltd for 61 years. That is concerningly long past the 10 year audit tenure cap. Independence is therefore compromised, and we recommend the issue of a new joint tender. Furthermore, this is against the Momentum Proxy Voting Policy. We acknowledge the appointment of Ernst & Young as the new Joint auditors.
