Call for case studies on investors' ISSB implementation

1 member

Given investors are users of company reporting pursuant to ISSB standards but can also be preparers, PRI aims to publish case studies showing how signatories are implementing the standards. If your organisation is interested in working with PRI on a case study or you would like to learn more, please contact benjamin.taylor@unpri.org by June 23rd.

Collaboration details

Investors are users of company reporting pursuant to the ISSB standards, but can also be preparers – voluntarily or due to regulation. Under PRI’s role as a partner to the ISSB’s capacity building framework, we are looking to publish investor case studies showcasing how PRI signatories are tackling the most challenging aspects of the standards – such as the materiality assessment, leveraging existing reporting (e.g. TCFD) to meet ISSB requirements, scenario analysis and financed emissions. Please note these topics are indicative and can be adjusted to cover different areas based on each investor’s preferences. Overall, we are interested in how investors at different stages of implementation are approaching the ISSB’s various requirements.

Since existing implementation guidance from ISSB and other capacity building partners tends to be focused on corporates, we believe investor-focused content would be useful to signatories. More detail can be found in our attached two-pager containing the rationale, proposed steps and timeline, and an indicative template for these case studies.

If your organisation would be interested in working with PRI on a case study, or if you would like to learn more and discuss, please contact benjamin.taylor@unpri.org. The deadline to confirm your participation is Monday June 23rd.
