Resolved clause
Shareholders request that Tyson issue a report with updated data and metrics on material environmental risks, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary and privileged information subject to current litigation.
Supporting statement
Proponents suggest, at management’s discretion, that the updated data and metrics be accompanied by: Updates on corporate policies and practices such as waste minimization and energy efficiency, physical risk exposure due to climate change, deforestation risk, and other relevant environmental impacts, including in its supply chain; Any updates relevant to the Global Reporting Initiative and International Financial Reporting Standards frameworks, including Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (which Tyson had previously used as the frameworks for its reporting) and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures standards.
