The following new chapter shall be added to the Articles of Incorporation. Chapter X. Health management of all workers who work inside nuclear power stations Article X. The Company shall create an environment that maintains the health of all workers engaged in accident recovery work and decommissioning work at the Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Nuclear Power Stations. Article X. The Company shall create an environment that maintains the health of all workers engaged in radiation-exposed work at the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station.
