4 members

Summary

In this report, the Finance Sector Union (FSU) provides insights into the working conditions of the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services industries in Australia. Business case

At U Ethical, we have referred to this report in our equity reviews to more thoroughly understand the state of the banking sector, infer culture risk and, in particular to help monitor changes, or lack thereof, following the recommendations by the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry. This report offers further investment-useful material for consideration in engagement activities with the Australian Banks and, more broadly, Financial Services.
