As part of the public consultation on the Green Industry Bill, a group of investors led by Trusteam Frinance, OFI Invest AM et Messieurs Hottinguer & Cie, have prepared a letter to the French Minister of Economy, Mr Bruno Lemaire, to improve shareholder dialogue in France on climate issues.

As part of the public consultation on the Green Industry Bill, a group of investors has prepared a letter to the French Minister of Economy, Mr Bruno Lemaire, to improve shareholder dialogue in France on climate issues.

Objectives

The objectives are twofold :

  1. To generalise "Say on Climate" resolutions based on clear specifications.
  2. To ask for the facilitation and clarification of the conditions for filing shareholder resolutions, particularly for climate resolutions.
