The Securities and Exchange Commission proposed rule amendments that would require a domestic or foreign registrant to include certain climate-related information in its registration statements and periodic reports.

Climate related disclosure is key for PRI signatories to understand and mitigate climate related risks. The PRI encourages its signatories to review the proposed disclosures and submit comments to the SEC before the consultation closes on 20 May 2022.
